1. What types of candles does Serenquartz offer? We offer a beautiful selection of premium candles, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unburned candles in original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or burned candles are non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your candles safe and long-lasting? Yes! We use premium natural soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and high-quality fragrance oils. All candles are hand-poured in small batches and rigorously tested for clean, even burning and strong scent throw.

7. How do I care for my candles?

  • Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn
  • Burn for 2–4 hours at a time (never leave unattended)
  • Keep away from drafts and flammable objects
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains Specific care instructions are included with each candle.
